These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maynard Solar Cleaning website and booking services, and the solar panel cleaning services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Services
We provide professional solar panel cleaning for residential and commercial properties in our service area (San Diego County and surrounding areas we accept at booking). Quotes and online pricing apply to standard jobs as described during booking; some properties may require review before confirmation.
Booking and appointments
- Online booking creates a request or confirmed appointment based on the flow you complete and payment/confirmation status shown at checkout.
- You agree that the contact, address, and property details you provide are accurate.
- Arrival windows and timing are estimates; we will communicate material changes when practicable.
- You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the array (including gates, pets, and HOA/building rules).
Pricing and payment
Prices shown during quoting/booking apply to the scope described. Additional charges may apply if conditions differ materially from what was disclosed (for example, access, story count, or array configuration). Payment may be collected online before service, after service, or by other methods we offer at booking. Card payments are processed by our payment provider.
Cancellation and refunds
- Within 24 hours of booking: cancel with a $0 cancellation fee.
- After 24 hours from booking: cancel with a $25 cancellation fee.
Refunds of prepaid amounts (minus any applicable cancellation fee) are handled according to our payment and cancellation process. If weather, safety, or access prevents service, we will work with you to reschedule. No-shows or inability to access the property after we arrive may result in a service fee or forfeiture of prepaid amounts as applicable.
Appointment communications
By booking, you consent to receive service-related communications by phone, email, and/or SMS at the contact details you provide. These may include booking confirmations, appointment details, reminders, payment links, reschedule/cancel notices, and service updates.
SMS terms
- Message frequency varies based on your booking and service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel SMS; reply HELP for help.

Website use
You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping that impairs service, or submitting false booking information). Site content is provided for general information and booking; we may update features without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maynard Solar Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for a given job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except where liability cannot be limited under California law (including for willful misconduct or gross negligence).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from inaccurate information you provide, unsafe conditions you fail to disclose, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will apply to bookings made after the update.
